This website collects only the information you choose to send through its forms: the booking inquiry form, the contact form, and the mailing list signup. That may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event.
Form submissions are delivered to the band by email through a transactional email provider acting as a data processor. Submissions are not stored in a database by this website. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting booking.
This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies unless you accept them. On your first visit a banner asks whether we may measure site traffic. Until you choose Accept, analytics storage is switched off and no measurement cookies are written; if you choose Decline, none are ever written.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages people read and how they found us — aggregate statistics only. Advertising storage, advertising-user-data and ad personalisation remain switched off at all times, so your visit is not used to build an advertising profile or shared for advertising purposes. Google receives your IP address as part of serving the request; IP addresses are redacted for advertising use.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which removes the stored preference and makes the banner appear again on your next visit.
Separately, and regardless of your choice, we keep a privacy-preserving count of visits to the booking page so we can tell how well printed flyers and QR codes work. That count stores no cookie and no raw IP address — only a one-way hashed value that lets us distinguish one device from another.
Some pages offer embedded videos (for example, YouTube). Embeds load only after you choose to play them, using the provider’s privacy-enhanced mode where available. Once playing, the provider’s own privacy policy applies to data it collects.
